Ship-to-silo Unloaders
These stand-alone units have the unique ability to unload dry material from bulk Carriers or ships to a storage facility or silo. Our Ship Unloaders are available for open top or closed top ship unloading (manipulator arm or hose connection).
Ship-to-truck unloader
Due to Continuous Suction Pump (CSP) principle a long line of simple and extreme flexible Ship-to-Truck Unloaders units are available. These Unloaders require no extra equipment to handle the entire conveying process from ship to bulk truck.
Truck Loading
Truck loading systems for loading bulk trucks supplied with special loading bellows for complete dust control. Efficient and reliable solutions for fully automatic or semi-automatic truck loading.
Storage and reclaim
Steel bolted dry bulk silos allow for fast and easy construction. Our fluidized floor system can be installed to ensure reliable and complete reclaim with minimum required maintenance, available with direct truck or ship loading.
Conveying systems
Dry bulk conveying solutions for difficult conveying routings. Our conveying units can be placed underneath silo’s, conveyor belts or fitted in flat stores and do not have any spillage or contamination due to the enclosed system.
Ship loaders
Our ship loaders are designed for continuously loading dry bulk materials into ships or barges, complete with integrated dedusting capabilities. Our Ship Loaders can load open top or closed top dry bulk ships.
Self-discharging ships
A dry bulk material handling system is indispensable on-board cement carriers / self-discharging ships. Pneumatic transport allows for unloading at any terminal with a minimum of receiving facilities. These systems are extremely reliable and easy to operate and maintain.
Floating terminals
Floating terminals can be used as a temporary facility for a large construction project or as a permanent facility for terminals with not enough space on land. Acting as an extra storage for loading ships, bagging plant or truck on the dock.
Offshore vessels
