Ship-to-truck unloaders
Ship-to-truck Unloaders are ship and barge unloaders for unloading directly into bulk trucks. Due to the Continuous Suction Pump (CSP) system included in each unit, a long line of simple, flexible and non-expensive installations are available. The Ship-to-truck Unloaders are used as a dry bulk mini terminal in several ports and terminals. Next, all our configurations are available with a manipulator arm for open hatch (option 1) unloading or with a flexible hose connection for closed hatch (option 2) unloading. The closed hatch unloading option can only be used with a fluidized floor vessel and can be operational in any weather condition.

Road Mobile Ship Unloader
Ship-to-truck unloader
The Ship-to-Truck Road Mobile Unloader is designed as a road legal unit and can be easily transported to various ports and terminals. One unloader to service multiple ports and terminals for unloading (open hatch) barges and ships. Due to its road mobility, the utilisation rate of the road mobile unloader can be very high, driving the investment costs per ton to a minimum. Per local law, a permit may be required for movement over public roads.

Dock mobile ship unloader
Ship-to-truck unloader
The Ship-to-truck Unloader Dock Mobile type is a complete unit or dry bulk mini terminal for unloading barges and ships into a bulk truck without the need for other equipment. This Ship-to-truck unloader configuration is free to move around the dock area and can be stored at a convenient location. A bulk truck can move to the unloader, and after the vessel is empty, the dock area is free for other operations.

Gantry mobile ship unloader
Ship-to-truck unloader
The Ship-to-Truck Unloader Gantry Mobile type requires dock space for bulk trucks to drive towards the unloader to handle the entire conveying process from ship to truck. This Ship-to-truck unloader configuration is ideal for dedicated jetty operations with available shore power. Especially with existing infrastructure (rails) will save investment costs.

Barge mounted ship unloader
Ship-to-truck unloader
The Ship-to-Truck Unloader Barge Mounted type is ideal for unloading locations with large tidal differences as this requires the minimum required length of the manipulator arm when unloading open hatch (option 1) ships or barges. The barge mounted ship-to-truck unloader can also be used at multiple terminals for loading bulk trucks, as the complete unit can be towed to another unloading location.
