Ship-to-truck unloaders, dry bulk mini terminals, port terminals or Continuous Suction Pump (CSP) are handling and/or storing non-containerised dry bulk cargo. Due to the extreme flexibility of our Ship-to-truck unloaders / Dry bulk mini terminals (CSP type) systems a long line of simple non expensive installations are available.
Ship-to-truck unloaders / Dry bulk terminals handle materials such as Cement, Alumina, Kaolin, Fly Ash and other dry cargo. Each type of bulk material presents its own handling characteristics that determine the best solutions for transfer and storage. Numerous variations are possible such as; reloading directly from storage silo to bulk trucks without the need for separate distribution hoppers, For unloading of ships/barges directly into bulk trucks, For floating distribution terminals and many more. Please ask for the possibilities for your bulk conveying application.
Road Mobile (CSP-R)
The Road Mobile CSP-R Unit is used as mini terminal, which unloads the cargo from the ship and conveys it direct to bulk trucks. The CSP road-mobile unloader complies with all existing road regulations within the European Union and most other countries.
Dock Mobile (CSP-D)
The dock mobile Continuous Suction Pump (CSP-D) requires no extra equipment to handle the entire conveying process from ship to bulk truck. This enables it to work in practically any type of dock environment.
Gantry Mobile (CSP-G)
The Gantry Mounted Continuous Suction Pump (CSP-G) requires no extra equipment to handle the entire conveying process from ship to bulk truck. The CSP-G Unit is extremely suitable for loading two trucks at the same time, if the unit can be fixed on the site.
The CSP-S Unit is an mounted unloader, which can be used for reloading directly from storage silo to bulk trucks without any need for separate distribution hoppers. The CSP Unit can be placed on dock level, which uses a screw conveyor and airslide loading system.
Floating Terminal (CSP-F)
The CSP-F unit is an distribution unit for floating terminals. Receiving bulk material is distributed on land in bulk or via the terminal. The CSP-F system is a continuous conveying system that vacuums the material from the fluidized hold into the CSP unit.
